Domus Optima have officially had the pleasure to represent the Contracting Authority in the Surveillance system design and installation project in an amazing building at the centre of Moscow. That luxury building is one of the most exciting condominiums in Europe with very respected owners, and the security requirements are extremely high levelled.

The system consists of more than 50 cameras, vehicle registration plates recognition with automatic gates opening and integrated door phone system. All video records continuously streaming into a safe cloud. The system is high reliability and fault tolerant.

Domus Optima was tasked with supervision all work has been done according to specifications and related standards, and with a best engineering practice.

We did careful and detailed analysis, including all equipment, material and staff were involved.

After a fruitful cooperation between Domus Optima and the Installer, all contract provisions had been met.

Domus Optima declare that the Customer did receive a good work indeed and we are proud that we were honoured by such demanding Client’s confidence.

We are very proud to declare that Domus Optima is involved in engineering works on the Crazy State of Art 50m Yacht.

The challenge is to deep survey the ship and documentation and provide the options to improve the performance of cooling system more than 15% without huge investments and without touching decoration works in Family rooms.

What we have now:

Summary cool energy consumption 15% more than chillers performance.
Most of main rooms are unbalanced – units take the air from one space and extract into another.
Very weak quality of pipe works. A lot of leakages were detected.

Domus Optima’s team is going solve this issue showing a fresh way of approaching and implementing benefits from different engineering angles and points.

Domus Optima in the partnership with Moscow Legal Center represented by counsel Artyom Grigoryev were appointed by private inventor and investor to found production of the new line of premium hifi hi-end sound equipment.

The challenge is to produce drawings package according to Unified system for design documentation, find the proper place to arrange manufacture of the Product.

The same time all inventions shall be patented worldwide.

Domus Optima Engineering has been appointed to inspect and upgrade existing safety independent overpressure ventilation system at the Azimut hotel located in the centre of Moscow in the historical quarter of Danilovskaya Manufactory. This system was installed in order to keep the corridors free of smoke.
